Refunds
Unfortunately refunds are not possible after a class has sold out, and never within 2 weeks before the start of the class. It is far too much complicated administration, please make sure you are available for a class before you sign up.
In case of lock-down
If a class is postponed due to lock-down you will automatically receive a voucher that can be used for any forthcoming class that is not already sold out.
In case of mid-class lock-down
In case of this, and it is deemed not to impede the progress of the class, classes may move online.
In case of teacher sickness
If a teacher is not able to make a class due to sickness, a substitute may be found – or this class may be taught online.
Missed classes
If you miss classes, unfortunately it is not possibly for you to make them up on another class without paying for that class, you can ask for a returning student discount. Most of our classes run at capacity so it’s simply not possible for us to take on extra people and it’s not fair on the other students. Again, if that class is not full, special consideration may be made – but so far that hasn’t been the case.
